NSDRS Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions (the "Terms") that apply to NSDRS gift cards originally purchased through one of our websites, either by you or someone on your behalf (the "gift card"). By purchasing, accepting, retaining, or using a gift card, you agree to these Terms.

Gift cards have no expiration date, but they cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Gift cards cannot be resold, cancelled, updated, or refunded.

You can use the gift card to make purchases up to the amount of funds on the card, including taxes. Any remaining balance will stay in the recipient's gift card account and cannot be transferred. If the gift card does not have sufficient funds to cover a purchase, you must pay the difference with a valid credit or debit card.

Once we electronically transmit the gift card to you, the risk of loss and title pass to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, so you must protect them as if they were cash. We may provide information on gift card redemption status to purchasers.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. The resale or unauthorized use of gift cards for advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, or other promotional purposes is strictly prohibited. Your right to use the gift card is limited and subject to these Terms and applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate gift card use if we suspect fraud or misuse. The NSDRS owns the consideration paid for the gift card, including any unused balances.

We may collect personal information about you in accordance with our privacy policy to service the gift card or respond to inquiries. If any part of these Terms is invalid, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties, and any prior understandings are superseded. All terms and conditions are subject to the extent permitted by law.
